Clement Tsao, President
Clement is a junior in the College studying International Relations and Mathematical Economics. Originally from Shanghai, China, he has been debating for over eight years and served as Captain of the 2024 China WSDC Team. Competing primarily in the British Parliamentary format, Clement is the reigning U.S. University Debating Champion. Outside of debate, he is an avid reader, loves cooking, and watching movies.

Rohan Seelamsetty, VP of Internal
Rohan is a junior in the College currently on a leave of absence. He is based in San Francisco, where his startup is backed by Y Combinator. In high school, Rohan debated for India in the World Schools format. In his free time, he likes to drink.
Jason Tu, VP of Finance
Jason is a senior in the College studying Economics, with minors in International Relations and History. In high school, he competed in Public Forum, Policy, and Speech in Mississippi. While Jason currently prefers APDA to BP, he has extensive experience in both formats. In his free time, Jason enjoys playing board games, watching sports, and judging at local debate tournaments in Philly.
Rajas Nanda, VP of Novice Training
Rajas is a sophomore in the M&T program, studying Computer Science and Finance. He has been debating for nearly six years, primarily in the UK, and dedicated much of his time to teaching other through his non-profit initiative, The Art of Debating. In his free time, he enjoys rock climbing, playing the piano, and watching anime
Sarah Li, VP of External
Sarah is a sophomore in the Huntsman program studying International Studies and Finance. In high school, she debated for Canada, primarily in the Worlds Schools and British Parliamentary format. In her free time, Sarah enjoys baking, going on walks, cafe-hopping, and getting ice cream at van leeuwen
Alexandra Uy-Tioco, VP of Strategic Initiative
Alexandra is a senior studying Physics and Materials Science as part of the VIPER program. She has been debating for nearly a decade and was on the Hong Kong national team in 2022 and 2023. Formerly the President of PDS in 2025, she’s now mostly retired from debating but still shows up to APDA tournaments. Outside of debating, she really enjoys listening to music and playing the guitar.
Chloe Kang, VP of Administration
Chloe is a senior in the College studying Neuroscience and Political Science on the pre-law track. She was born in Seoul, South Korea, but lived in Surrey, Canada for 10 years before moving to the US. She is a transfer student from Emory, and most of her experience involves judging and debating APDA. In her free time, Chloe likes to cook, draw, and go to the gym
